REQUIREMENTS

Student Attorneys and Jurors: Must be a student in good standing who is committed to the teen court process of using positive peer pressure to encourage good citizenship. All participants must take an Oath of Confidentiality. Attendance is mandatory. Suspension from school subjects student to denial of teen court privileges. Any disruptive behavior at a court proceeding or breach of Oath of Confidentiality will result in immediate removal of student from the NLR Teen Court program.

Offenders

 

Referrals come from NLR High School, Pulaski County Juvenile Court, NLR District Court. Must be misdemeanor criminal or traffic offenses or school discipline referrals.
